Horizon Impact Travel was founded by Kurt Decorte after more than 20 years working in the travel industry and spending several years living and travelling throughout Asia.
While travelling and working across Asia, Kurt met many adults, couples and families who wanted to volunteer abroad but struggled to find programs designed for them.
Those conversations made it clear there was a need for a different kind of volunteer travel service, which eventually became Horizon Impact Travel.
